Jaguar Panoramic Collage color by Y2Dane Jaguar Panoramic Collage color by Y2Dane
This has been a long time comin', I guess. After becoming frustrated with the fact that I couldn't find anyone to color my work, I took it upon myself to finally learn how. For my first real attempt at CG coloring, I guess I could say I'm satisfied. :tmnt1: Thanks to those who helped nurse me along the way, you know who you are.

My only gripe is the guy in the upper right hand corner. His face seems a bit too.... round and chibi-ish for such a serious, high quality pic. Almost as if he were thrown in as an afterthought (or you just got tired of drawing at that part and decided to just "fuck it, it's good enough"). Also, you need to decide which direction your lighting source is coming from. Most of the characters have the light source coming from the right and some from the left. I know it's a collage, but maybe it's just me. I try to be too consistant.

I seriously hope you don't mind a serious critique, Ranny. I've always appreciated when Hawk gave me serious critiques (he really does them well) and they've always helped me so much more than the pat on the back and "good job!"'s. If you don't want serious critiques, just slap my ass and tell me to shut the fuck up, woman! :XD:

BTW... you are VERY scary. Everytime I see something you drew, it's always ALWAYS better than the previous pic. :O_o:
I don't mind your serious critiques, chica. Though I might have to slap your ass anyway. :tmnt1:
About the light sources- I did purposely make them all different because I wanted it to seem like they were all in different places.

Damn man...I'm impressed to say the least. As I said in the chat, professional quality artwork you have going on right here. The colors are just so damn bright and vivid, the shading is spot on...shit...I have nothing to critique. I've seriously sat here and stared at this piece for like five minutes and found no flaws. NO FLAWS!!! Pat yourself on the back, my friend. You've created a fine piece of work.
Jesus Shit.

This may be the greatest thing I've seen you produce, man. And, congratulations on deciding to get off your duff and learn to color. Now nothing can hold you back.
